Class "A" Office Buildings

These 3 and 4 story buildings are located in the heart of the Northern Front Range, near the intersection of Interstate 1-25 and US Highway 34.

These buildings were developed seven and 5 years ago and are part of the mixed-use community called Centerra. Centerra is a new development with offices, restaurants, a movie theater, out-let malls, an outdoor mall and retail business that have all been developed within the last decade.

These buildings have an outstanding view of the Rocky Mountains. Longs Peak and Cameron Pass are some of the mountains views from the office. Longs Peak is one of many fourteeners in Colorado. Cameron Pass is where many skiiers and snowboarders go back-country skiing, snow-shoeing and snowboarding in Colorado. Both of these are only about a hour away from the office.
